It's wet out there this morning

  • STRANDED: A rescue effort was reported for a car that founded in high water on La Harpe this morning.

Some heavy rain has been falling in Little Rock this morning and it rose quickly in some spots. KTHV just reported a car stranded in high water on La Harpe Bloulevard, near City Hall. The intersection of Chester and La Harpe was closed briefly this morning on account of the water.
