Fire death reported on W. 24th

Greg Yarbrough at KARK TV reports that police are saying one person has died in a fire at 4721 W. 24th Street.

UPDATE: Police identified the victim as Delbert Griffith, 57. A report said Griffith's niece had stopped by the house to take him to the store. He called out that he wasn't ready yet. When she returned later, the house was in flames. Griffith was found inside by firefighters.
