The price tag on the marriage cases: State will pay

Note: Sooner or later, final decisions against Arkansas will be entered in two state and one federal lawsuit over rights denied same-sex couples seeking to be married, or already married and denied benefits given other married couples.

Some legal fee requests are pending. More are to come. Final amounts will have to be set by courts. But the state will pay.
