Attorney general announces Medicaid fraud arrest

The attorney general's office said today that Tabitha Woods, 43, of Dermott had been arrested for Medicaid fraud for billing Medicaid for services allegedly provided to her mother while Woods was clocked in and working as a contract employee of the Arkansas Department of Correction Regional Unit and while her mother was admitted to a nursing home. She faces one count of felony Medicaid fraud and was jailed in Pulaski County.
