* HAWKISH TOM COTTON: Tom Cotton was on Meet the Press today. Alternatives to a treaty with Iran? He had none. Except threaten war and, presumably, if that doesn't get a better deal ….. bombs away.

* MORE DUGGARS: Josh Duggar
announced the birth of his fourth child today to his 120,000 Twitter followers, a daughter.
