Independent Journal Review has put together a hard-hitting feature on the cutest congressional dogs and Sen. Tom Cotton made the list at No. 11 with his bichon frise Cowboy. From the listing:

Cowboy is a bichon frise and the pet of Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR). While Cotton acknowledges that Cowboy is “not exactly a masculine dog,” he is very sweet and loving. Cowboy also likes eating birthday cake, a trait shared with his master.

When Cowboy isn’t commandeering the Cottons’ newborn baby’s carseat, he’s spending time eating garbage out of Senate trash cans. Attaboy, Cowboy.
