The Republican debate lineup is set

This is precisely the lineup that the New York Times doped out this morning as the leaders, though I think Fox's numbers might have differed marginally, for example Huckabee might have had a small lead over Carson, with whom he tied in the NYT lineup for fourth place. If he doesn't win first-place or exaggeration it will be a surprise.
