Thomas Fowler appointed to Jonesboro judgeship

Posted By on Wed, Aug 5, 2015 at 6:38 AM

Gov. Asa Hutchinson has appointed Thomas Fowler of Jonesboro to serve as a circuit judge until a successor to the late William Lee Fergus can be elected next year. Fergus, who primarily presided over juvenile matters, died July 20.

Fowler has a private law firm and has also served as deputy prosecutor. I know Tommy as long-time director of Arkansas Boys State.
