Halloween fright comes early: Cheney-Cotton 2016?

All I can say is:

1) This is a screen grab from the real Bill Kristol.

2) It surely is humor — if of the blackest sort.  Kristol is undeniably crushing on Cotton more even than he did on Sarah Palin.

3) Can't see Cotton settling for No. 2.
