Little Rock police have circulated surveillance photos taken during a robbery today of Roberson's Jewelry in the Pleasant Ridge shopping center.

Five men robbed the store. At least two had guns. They  used a hammer to break glass on display cases and take an unknown amount of jewelry shortly before noon.

They left in a tan Chevy pickup reported stolen earlier in the day. It was found nearby. The suspects were seen running from the truck to a black vehicle.

Great piece in Washington Post on the budget crisis in Louisiana. Big tax cuts and corporate welfare will do that to a state, particularly to a state whose previous governor, Republican Bobby Jindal, refused to join the Obamacare-funded Medicaid expansion. There's a lesson there for Arkansas.
