KATV reports the arrest of a 15-year-old, turned in by his parents, who set the fire that caused $225,000 damage to the playground at Franklin Elementary. The station reports he was playing with a lighter that started a fire and fled. A fire at Geyer Springs Elementary remains under investigation.
