Another marijuana proposal rejected by attorney general

 Attorney General Leslie Rutledge has rejected another proposal to legalize marijuana in Arkansas — this one to grow, produce, sell and possess it anywhere in the state. She cited a number of ambiguities in the proposed constitutional amendment.
