KARK reports that a 20-year-old man arrested this week in North Little Rock for posting a mass shooting threat on the Internet was linked to a 2009 threatening remark directed toward teachers.

Anthony Paul Stewart was charged after allegedly posting on a website, “Before I did I wanna do a mass shooting. Break the record.”
