John B. Collins, 45, of Little Rock died about 6:50 p.m. Thursday when his car, going the wrong way on Interstate 440 east of the airport, collided with another car.

State Police said Collins' Subaru was westbound on the eastbound side of the freeway and traveling partially in the left lane and inside shoulder. He collided head-on with  a Nissan eastbound in the left lane. Jonathan Busby, 31, and Amber Busby, 30, of Wynne were in the other car and injured. Their conditions weren't reported.
