Big ideas for Arkansas

It's promoted all over the page already, but here's another recommendation for this week's Arkansas Times cover story, our annual effort to seek contributions from any and all with big ideas on improving life in Arkansas.

My own seconding of Sam Ledbetter's idea of a Little Rock Promise scholarship program aside, this is a great list of stuff on education, health care, urban design, sports and more.

And note: It's not a heavy lift. Easily digestible chunks of thinking — mental popcorn. Grab a handful right here.
