Posted By on Mon, Dec 21, 2015 at 12:45 PM

Jack Gillean, former chief of staff at UCA, today dropped appeals of burglary convictions in return for a prosecutor's agreement not to seek additional penalties for positive drug tests of Gillean, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported.

Gillean had been ordered arrested after the drug tests. Gillean was sentenced to three years for providing a key that was used to gain access to faculty offices to get copies of tests.
