Rubio mines lobby for State of Union cash

Marco Rubio hopes to tap the Washington, D.C. power crowd for cash with a fund-raiser at a D.C. restaurant shortly before the State of the Union address Tuesday.

Among the named hosts for the Republican presidential candidagte: Lobbyist (nee Sen.) Tim Hutchinson.
