Fayetteville television station falsely reporting voters must bring ID, claim election board members say it's required (UPDATED)

Channel 5 News in Fayetteville and Fort Smith is falsely reporting that voters must bring their IDs. That's not true. After the Arkansas Supreme Court, in 2014, overturned a 2013 Voter ID law, voters are not required to show ID. Austin Ross of Fayetteville pointed out the problem on social media. Channel 5 refused to correct the blatantly false information and stated that they had confirmed it with "election board members."

Tom Cotton was on Fox News yesterday for an interview about the Supreme Court vacancy and other matters. Cotton reiterated that under no circumstances will the Senate consider any nominee from President Barack Obama, regardless of qualifications. He said that Republicans would not allow Obama to "create a new Supreme Court to rubber stamp the Obama agenda."
