Jason Rapert endorses Ted Cruz

We've been speculating who Arkansas Republican lawmakers previously backing Mike Huckabee would endorse for president now that Huckabee is out of the race. The first shoe to drop: state Sen. Jason Rapert is endorsing Ted Cruz. Of course.
