Lingering problems with Arkansas Times website

Posted By on Wed, Mar 9, 2016 at 9:45 AM

Our website was down yesterday. We are now up and running. But some are reporting an inability to access the website on various computers and mobile devices.

Providing a response here obviously won't reach those people in some, maybe all, circumstances. We are suggesting that users with this problem clear their browser histories of websites visited and also try restarting web browsers or even computers and phones.

I've sought help from our technical support on whether there are other alternatives. But to the extent I can put out word to those who've inquired, that's what I know.

One person solved his problem by referring to this website with instruction's on clearing a computer's cache of browser history. Mobile devices vary. My iPhone, for example, has a history tab under bookmarks and when you click history you can see a place to clear the history.
