Report: Inmate killed attempting to escape from Varner Unit

KARK's Matthew Sewell reports on Twitter that an inmate has been killed attempting to escape from the Varner Unit.

KARK identified the inmate as Christopher Wilson, 41, serving a life sentence from Faulkner County for capital murder. Christopher Wilson pleaded guilty in 2003 to killing a Saltillo woman and her eight-month-old son.
