Little Rock police say they are on the scene of a homicide at the Frontier Diner at 10424 Interstate 30 in Southwest Little Rock.

UPDATE: From Angela Rachels at KATV, an eye-opening tidbit:

A Witness at the scene tells Ch 7 that 2 guys with masks walked in Frontier Diner, shot someone waiting in line to order & walked out.
Sounds like Breaking Bad.
