Also today: Attorney General Leslie Rutledge has petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to review a state court decision that says a federal law doesn't prevent the State Police from releasing personal information on auto accident reports. A potential conflict with the federal law exposes state employees to potential liability for releasing the information, she said.
