Rocking the vote at the University of Georgia

Georgia has a Republican governor, but it's not afraid to encourage college students to vote. County election officials in Athens, Ga., have approved an early voting location at the student center at the University of Georgia.

The Republican-controlled Washington County Election Commission, you may remember, had all kinds of flimsy pretexts for denying, in a partisan vote, an early voting center at the University of Arkansas.
