LR school superintendent to speak

The League of Women Voters will hear from Little Rock School Superintendent Michael Poore at its quarterly meeting at 5:30 p.m. today at the Hall High School media center.

Topics: Return of the district to local control and the future of various district programs, including gifted and talented, special education, music and art, with the loss of state desegregation funding. He'll take questions.
