Arkansas State Fair food report

The Arkansas State Fair opens Friday — find more details here — and many are no doubt interested in the wacky food fare to be found around the midway.

Kat Robinson at Tie Dye Travels has you covered with an encyclopedic report, from chocolate covered corn dogs (top — I don't think so.) and the pretzel covered, caramel coated deep-fried brownie (below — maybe).
