States say 'nyet' to Russian election monitors

The Tulsa World has reported that election officials have rejected requests from the Russian consulate in Houston to have Russians observe U.S. voting Nov. 8 in Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma.

Vlad wants to be sure Donald Trump gets a fair shake, I guess.

Just to be safe, I've inquired of the secretary of state of Arkansas about inquiries from potential Russian election observers.

UPDATE: Chris Powell says neither the secretary of state's office nor the Arkansas Board of Election Commissioners received a Russian inquiry.
