Hillary talks about defeat: Russian hackers, Comey and media high on list of factors

Hillary Clinton talked today about her election defeat, taking personal responsibility for the loss, but blaming Russian hackers, FBI director James Comey and misogyny as contributing factors.

Here's the Washington Post account, which portrays her as unwilling to blame campaign strategic shortcomings. ("It wasn't a perfect campaign," she said. "There is no perfect campaign." She also said she made mistakes.)

The quote everybody is using refers to the Comey bombshell about reopened e-mail investigation (that also came to nothing). In the quote, Clinton is quoting an election assessment by Nate Silver:

“If the election had been on October 27, I would be your president,” Clinton told moderator Christiane Amanpour, the CNN anchor, at a Women for Women event in New York.
CNN has all the video.
