Deshaun Rushing, 21, turned himself in to Little Rock police today on a charge that he killed two-year-old Ramiya Reed Nov. 22.

Larry Jackson, 17, was arrested yesterday and police announced then that Rushing, who has a prior police record, also was being sought.

The child was in the backseat of a car with her mother when it was struck by gunfire near South Harrison and Charles Bussey Drive. A $50,000 reward was offered in the crime.
