testifying before Congress about the Trump plan to send federal dollars into the black hole of charter schools and vouchers, squirmed when a Wisconsin congressman confronted her with the failure of charters in Wisconsin and elsewhere.

She wouldn’t answer his question about sending her own children to a failing charter school.
