Libertarians say they'll make Arkansas ballot again

The Libertarian Party of Arkansas says it will submit sufficient petition signatures Monday to the secretary of state's office to qualify for the Arkansas election ballot as a political party in 2018.

If 10,000 signatures are verified, it will be the fourth time the party has qualified for the ballot as a "new political party" by that method. Automatic ballot placement for a party can be earned by winning 3 percent of the votes in races for governor or president.
