Supreme Court again delays ruling on Arkansas gay-parent birth certificate case

The U.S. Supreme Court has again held over for further consideration the appeal of an Arkansas Supreme Court ruling denying equal treatment in the issuance of birth certificates to same-sex married couples.

The Supreme Court had earlier requested the full record of the case and has scheduled it for conference five times. Maybe next week.
