The state Finance and Administration Department has announced that blank application forms are now available for those hoping to win the right to cultivate or dispense medical marijuana under the new regulatory process put in place in the 2017 legislature.

Information at the website.

A state commission will award five licenses for cultivation facilities and 32 for dispensaries. The application will be taken June 30-Sept. 18. The commission then will score and award licenses.
