KARK reports that a small balcony fire at the River Market Tower condo at Third and Rock forced residents out of the building shortly before 4 a.m. this morning.

According to the report, the fire didn’t spread inside the building, though heat apparently shattered glass between the balcony and interior of the unit.

KATV said the fire was on a seventh-floor balcony and it reported residents had returned to the building.
