Sleepy Sunday

Donald Trump's Twitter bluster has continued today, indicating he's not very happy. Perhaps it's sympathy fo his friend Vladimir Putin, who retaliated today for Congress' sanctions votes by announcing he'd slash U.S. diplomatic corps in Russia. Given the hollowing out of the State Department under Trump, that might not be a practical problem.
