Donald Trump
rattles U.S. missiles today at North Korea. From CNN:

President Trump just issued a warning to North Korea:

"North Korea best not make any more threats to the United States.

They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen," Trump said. "They will be met with fire, fury and frankly power the likes of which the world has never seen."
Feel better now?

John Noonan, who works on military issues for Sen. Tom Cotton, thinks it ain't nothing. Hell, Tom would probably ride a big ol' ICBM into Kim's palace.
PS: A reader notes that Noonan once sang a different tune aboutbloose nuke talk. But it was before he joined up with Tough Talkin Tom
