40/29 reports a deal worked out by the Benton County prosecutor to deal with a couple of members of the sheriff’s office dive team who used county equipment and boat to do some private diving business.

They will not face charges if they pay back the profits.

This might sound somewhat familiar to followers of Benton County news. Back in May, we learned a Bentonville School District official got off with a six-day job suspension for using district-rented equipment on work at his home. He repaid more than $7,000 in rental charges.
