Little Rock police say they are investigating a homicide Tuesday night at apartments at 2123 Labette Manor. A Hispanic male was the victim, a preliminary report said. Labette runs off John Barrow Road, south of Kanis Road. Paul Gonzalez, 30, of Jacksonvillle, has been identified as the victim, the 46th homicide of the year in Little Rock.

The police said officers on patrol in the area heard gunshots about 10:30 p.m. and found Gonzalez's body in a breezeway. He was pronounced dead at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds.
