Trump on Puerto Rico: Moron is too kind

Donald Trump today indicates he's tired of helping Puerto Rico, as inadequate as the U.S. response to devastation to the U.S. citizens there has been.

Moron is too kind for this sort of evil, rooted in ethnic discrimination and simple ignorance. He'd already indicated U.S. aid should be in the form of a loan, not grant. Now he's antsy because of three weeks of insufficient help.

President Trump served notice Thursday that he may pull back federal relief workers from Puerto Rico, effectively threatening to abandon the U.S. territory amid a staggering humanitarian crisis in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.

Declaring the U.S. territory's electrical grid and infrastructure to have been a “disaster before hurricanes,” Trump wrote Thursday that it will be up to Congress how much federal money to appropriate to the island for its recovery efforts and that relief workers will not stay “forever.”
Keep your eye on KATV, owned by Sinclair Broadcasting. Its chief Trump apologist, Sharyl Atkisson, is being invoked as being on his side.

Also Sarah Huckabee Sanders continues with her Twilight Zone representation of her boss:

CNN fact-checks Trump here. Another failing grade.
