KNWAreports the death this morning of state Sen. Greg Standridge, a Russellville Republican. He was 50 and had been treated for cancer.

He was elected to a four-year term in the Senate in 2014 from District 16.

KARK remembered him with video made while he was undergoing chemotherapy.
