Headlines for January 12, 2018 include President Trump calling the continent of Africa and the countries of Haiti and El Salvador "shitholes" and Governor Hutchinson sending a letter to the Arkansas Public Service Commission requesting that the commission lower utility rates in the wake of the federal corporate tax cut.
