A revenue stream for Little Rock: Uber

Here's an idea for Little Rock, where city officials are moaning about the loss of sales tax revenue to the Internet (not to mention suburban cities that Little Rock insists on helping grow to the detriment of itself):

As reported in the New York Times, put a tax on Uber and other ride-hailing services. Major cities and even the whole state of South Carolina are benefitting from such levies — a percentage of fares some places, a per-ride charge in others.
