KARK reports that one person was killed in a shooting about 10:40 p.m. Sunday near 21st and Oak Streets.

UPDATE: Police say  Nathan Sullivan, 22, of Little Rock was fatally shot and Cierria Onukwube, 21, of Jacksonville, was critically wounded in the shooting.

The two were found in a car that ran off the street and stopped between two houses in the 2100 block of Oak Street.  As yet, no word if interviews with neighbors turned up further information about how the shooting unfolded.

UPDATE II: A police spokesman said late Monday afternoon that Onukwube had died. She’s the city’s ninth homicide of the year.
