Two inmates at East Arkansas prison found dead

The Arkansas Department of Correction has reported two inmates found dead, hanging in their cells. The inmates were at the East Arkansas Regional Unit in Brickeys.

On April 13, inmate Gavin Loverin was found hanging in a locked single-man cell. On April 11, inmate Robert Ivy was also found hanging in a locked solo cell. 

The ADC has notified the Arkansas State Police, which will conduct an investigation into the deaths.
