Crumbling facade fell from an upper floor of an office building at 319 West Second Street this afternoon and the Fire Department soon was at work trying to shake loose some other parts that seemed likely to fall, too.
The building, once known as the Paramount Life Building, is owned by Rowan Development LLC, according to Pulaski assessor records.

Fire crews told KARK’s Mitch McCloy that falling debris barely missed a man walking on the sidewalk.
The building is between Center and Spring, across the street from the federal bankruptcy court.
