Here's your Sunday open line, along with news of a Little Rock police marijuana arrest. Presumably, this one wouldn't fall under the proposed marijuana de-emphasis policy under consideration by the City Board.

From LRPD Facebook:

Officers Tolentino and Lyles recovered 37 lbs of marijuana (valued at $150,000) while working the northwest precinct this morning. The officers recovered the drugs after responding to a call of subjects smoking narcotics on a parking lot near I-430 and Colonel Glenn. Good job guys!
