Arkansas's gender pay gap: Could be worse. Also a lot better.

The AAUW has used Census data to calculate the gender pay gap and it shows Arkansas ranked in the bottom half of states — 30th in the disparity between pay for men and women.

The AAUW has also assessed states on protections against discrimination in law. Arkansas has some. The following includes pay stats for the congressional districts.
