Michael Storey, Democrat-Gazette columnist, dies at 69

Michael Storey, TV writer for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and also author of the newspaper's weekly humor column, Otus the Head Cat, died unexpectedly at his home Sunday.

The newspaper reported he died in his sleep while napping. He was 69 and had worked at the newspaper since 1977. He also wrote a series on state hiking trails.
