Want a real challenge? You probably have some guesstimation of how long it takes to make a single pie. Try making 100 different pies... in one day.

That's what Chris Monroe of Hunka Pie is up to. Come August 28th, Chris will be serving up a buffet of 100 different sorts of pie... quite possibly the largest display of pie ever brought together in the state of Arkansas. That's saying something else, especially since we're talking 100 different types here.

More about the event on the jump.

The official release:

LITTLE ROCK, August 28, 2011 - Hunka Pie will offer Arkansas’ first and largest buffet of 100 different types of pie! From noon to 6pm Chief Pie Maker Chris Monroe will have handcrafted pies that will be available whole ($18.50+) or by the slice ($3.50).
