Locally beloved restaurateur Denis Seyer has become chief consultant for RH Cuisine, owner of 1620 Savoy and Cache Restaurant, Arkansas Business reports. Seyer will assist with menu development.
Though he’s been in semi-retirement for the last five years, Seyer’s name still carries a lot of weight in the Little Rock culinary world. He was chef at Jacques & Suzanne, the late-great French fine dining restaurant downtown. Later, he ran Le Casse Croute and opened the original 1620. He also had involvement in Graffiti’s, the Purple Cow and Pickles.
